Anyone who sells online can register on redidrop.com. There is no approval process and no minimum sales volume.

No. You can register and order without a VAT number. Companies outside Italy with an EU VAT number valid in VIES buy without VAT. Italian customers always pay Italian VAT, because the goods do not leave Italy.

Nothing. Joining is free: no membership fee, no minimum order and no upfront cost.

1. Create a free account on redidrop.com and log in.

2. Open the Partner area and download the feed file, the photos and the marketing material.

3. List the bags you choose in your store and set your own prices.

4. When your customer buys, place the order on redidrop.com with your customer's delivery address.

5. We ship white label to your customer and email you the tracking number.

No. Every bag is white label: no logo and no brand name on the leather or in the lining.

The models published on redidrop.com. They are a selection of our collections that we keep in stock. Other models from our wholesale catalogues are available as stock orders only.

Every product page shows the quantity available. Stock changes every day, and a sold-out bag cannot be ordered until it is back in stock.

We tell you straight away and refund the order in full.

We launch two collections a year, Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter. New models go online as each collection arrives, and you choose which ones to list. Models that sell poorly may be discontinued during the season.

Yes. You are free to rename the bags in your store.

Yes. Every bag online has a full set of five photos, including one worn by a model, plus its description.

Yes. You are free to use our photos and descriptions to sell our products.

Log in and open the Partner area. Under Downloads you find the photos for every model and colour, the marketing material, and the feed file with product data, prices and stock.

The feed file is updated every day.

Yes. Enter your store address under Connect your Shopify store in the Partner area. We contact you by email to set up the connection.

Until your store is connected, work from the feed file.

Yes. Resale is allowed on your own store and on marketplaces.

Yes. The retail prices we indicate are recommendations only. There is no minimum or maximum price to respect.

On redidrop.com after you log in. Prices are per piece and the same from the first piece. In Italy prices include 22% VAT; for other EU countries VAT is added at checkout.

No. The dropshipping price per piece is fixed.

Yes, unless your company is outside Italy and has an EU VAT number valid in VIES: send it to us and we set your account to buy without VAT. Italian customers always pay Italian VAT, because the goods do not leave Italy.

Yes, but do the maths first. Without a VIES number you pay VAT on every purchase and cannot recover it. In leather goods that extra cost often takes most of the margin.

By credit card or bank transfer. With a bank transfer the order is confirmed when the payment arrives, which takes a few working days. Orders must be paid within 24 hours to hold the bags for your customer. We do not accept PayPal.

Yes. Every order is listed in your Partner area under Orders & invoices, with a link to the order page where you download the PDF invoice. No invoice and no price ever goes in the parcel.

On redidrop.com. Add the bag to the cart, enter your customer's delivery address at checkout and pay. Place one order per customer.

Yes. The parcel goes from our warehouse in Italy to your customer's address.

EU countries and the United Kingdom: shipping is shown at checkout. For other countries write to us: we ship worldwide, but costs are higher. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.

Orders placed before 11:00 (Italian time), Monday to Friday, leave the same day. All other orders leave within 24 hours on working days. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days.

It depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping is not included in the product price.

An express courier with tracking.

Yes. It is sent to you by email as soon as the order ships, so you can forward it to your customer.

Yes. We ship in standard cardboard boxes with no RediDrop or Ticicom branding and no invoice or price inside. The courier label shows our logistics company, ART Logistic, as sender.

We arrange the transport and take full responsibility for lost parcels and shipping damage.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. The full conditions are in our refund policy.

Email sales@ticicom.com within 14 days of delivery with the customer's name and full address, the article code and the reason. You receive the return instructions within 24 hours and forward them to your customer.

Intact and in its original packaging, dust bag included, within 14 days of receiving the instructions. We may refuse the refund if the bag is damaged, if the dust bag is missing or damaged, or if the return was not authorised or arrives late.

For a change of mind, the sender pays. For a damaged, defective or wrong item, we pay.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned bag. The refund goes to you; you refund your customer.

Make a return request within 14 days of delivery, describe the damage and attach photos. We pay the return shipping and refund the item.

No. Request a return for the bag and place a new order.

Yes, as many as you like. A sample is a normal order at the normal dropshipping price plus shipping; there is no separate sample price.
