Our Dropshipping program is 100% free to join. No membership fees, no minimum orders and no upfront costs.

With our Dropshipping Service, there is no order amount required, you can even purchase one product at a time.

We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery. If your customer wants to return the order for a change of mind or because the customer chose the wrong size/product, he/she will be charged for return shipment. If he/she wants to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.

That decision is up to you. Since drop shippers receive the same discount as bulk buyers you can do between 150%-400% markup. Giving you the opportunity to still sell 30% under recommend retail price.

Paypal, Credit Card or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, you will have to wait for a few working days before we confirm your order. It is extremely important that all orders are paid within 24 hours to secure your clients order.

Currently, we only dropship our products to countries within the European continent.

If you are selling outside of the EU you need to arrange your own transportation and collection from our Italy based warehouse.

For all EU countries delivery is within 3 working days of your order being placed.

We are using standard cardboard boxes. We double check every order before dispatch to make sure that the items reach our customers safely and securely.

For orders within the EU where we arrange the transportation we take full responsability for shipping damages and lost packages.

Orders placed by 1pm are processed the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next day, Monday to Friday.

Yes, we also provide marketing materials and mood pictures from our in-house photo shooting.

All products are shipped white label with no information about our company.
If you prefer to add your own logo/brand, flyers, or any marketing materials to your order please send us the files.

Yes, every product from our website is available for fast delivery.

No. Shipment is not included in the product price. Delivery is calculated at checkout.

European Union customers may purchase without a valid VAT number. In this case, VAT (19%) will be charged at the time of purchase.

VAT may not be applied if the customer is VIES (Vat Information Exchange System) registered. Find out more here:

A VAT number is not required for customers from countries outside the European Union.  All orders to EU countries will be charged standard VAT, while orders to countries outside the European Union, whether shipping is arranged by the customer or by Redidrop, will be VAT exempt upon receipt of the DAE customs documents within 90 days of delivery of the goods.

You can make a return request within 14 days of placing the order by following these instructions:

2. article code

3. the reason of the return

The products must be returned intact and with the original packaging.

An e-mail enclosed with the instructions will arrive within 24 hours (please check the Spam or Promotions boxes)

Return the product within 15 days of receiving the e-mail

IDT reserves the right to not reimburse in the following cases:

The product is damaged or the original packaging (dust-proof bag) is missing or damaged.Unauthorized or after return deadline

The shipping, return costs and customs duties are to be paid by the User unless otherwise instructed.

The refund is provided within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt of the product. 

Redidrop does not exchange goods. It is necessary to make a return request for the product that the User wishes to return and create a new order.

Yes, upon request you will always be emailed a tracking number.

The Redidrop catalog is restocked every month and new arrivals are immediately made available on the platform. You will be notified of new arrivals as they are included on the platform and you must expressly request to list them on your ecommerce.
